I own a 2011 Dodge Challenger with a 730N RHR MyGig radio. Installed the LockPick CHR550 and most features (that I care about, I have not delved too deeply) work except for one very important one. The manual claims that the left steering wheel controls allow you to skip tracks when in iPod out video mode. This is not true and does NOT work. Skip track does work in iPod Manual mode, but that's less than useless since it shows nothing on the screen. I have tried several permutations of buttons and could not get the advertised skip track to work.
I have contacted Coastal Tech twice. The first time led to a dead end with almost no real help from customer service. The second time I was berated for not having purchased from an "Authorized Dealer". I pointed them to several forum posts (6 or 7) where other people were having similar problems across a wide variety of vehicles. Do a google search and see for yourself.
Also, they tout that this product can now be updated...
