We have a 40 ft. 5th wheel camper and it has always been a challenge when driving to know what is behind you and when it is safe to pull out. This camera system (and I was skeptical as I had purchased another one which didn't work) works nearly flawlessly. it was super easy to install and the monitor locks into the camera signal and keeps it clear. When we were trying it out in the campground, after I had hooked it up, my wife couldn't believe that when I was walking back to the back of the camper she could hear the crunching of leaves as I was walking. Once in a while the signal will flicker but is regained almost immediately.
I would highly recommend this camera system as a highly viable alternative to running a hard-wired system and the great thing is that you can take it with you when you switch campers or for some other purpose.
