Worked great on the second try...
The first one shipped didn't work, but they shipped a replacement promptly, it was easy to program and works fine. WAY cheaper than getting one from the dealer (over$100 with programming)

Unfortunately I tried the first one on a weekend when support wasn't open. The programming has a lot of steps, so I spent a bunch of time retrying it before I gave up. Finally I sent support an email. They replied early Monday am and sent a replacement out that day, got it a few days later. The replacement programmed on the first try.
