(FIRST REVIEW) I bought this device and I am using it in Mexico with a sim card from the cell phone company Telcel. The GPS takes a while to connect to the satellite, but it works and the precision is a few meters.
The manufacture of this device is cheap but good enough for the price.

UPDATE 06-OCT-2012:Ok, this device worked well for some days and I was very happy but this broke down.
SUDDENLY stopped working, I changed the battery several times but I could not make work, I am very disappointed.
