Awesome lights, but fragile
You need to encapsulate these to protect them or mount them in a place they won't take a hit. Outside of that, they work perfect for me. I made a homemade cap for my Polaris Ranger 800 UTV and mounted these 2 front, one each on the side and 2 in the rear along the top of my ROP/rail system and under the homemade lid if you can visualize that. I turn these on when I hit the road for a short ventures. I like the strobe mode the best. They are bright and have been using them a couple months now they kick butt! I mounted them with a few zip ties, but they have brackets bent at a 45 degree angle that you can bend if necessary with a vise or a sheet metal clamp like the HVAC guys use...can't think of the name, but I have some.
