I have had the unit about a month. I feel much safer backing up due to the poor rear visibility of my truck. I Purchase this unit after reading good reviews from several others. The plate holder is very sturdy and the camera quality was satisfactory and tilts up and down to accomodate several vehicle types. When projecting to a screen the camera has a graduated scale (in meters) to tell how far you are away from the object as you back up. I made a small modification in order to fit the existing plate holder holes on my Honda Ridgeline. I also bought a lower priced screen and I now have a fairly inexpensive back up camera. By purchasing individual units I saved a few $. I spent a few hours running, wrapping securing the video cables and the power wiring to both units. I am very satisfied with the end product. The only negative I have to say about the camera and the screen is that the power wires are so thin in diameter that it was very difficult to attach them to the existing...
