I received this product much faster than anticipated for shipment. When I got it, I was a bit confused as to why the directions for programming were not included, but there was a paper directing me to a website. This wasn't a big deal, but a tad annoying since it was included. The programming was fairly simple to do, and took less than 2 mins. Works great
1/29/13 **Update** On 1/23/13, my remote stopped working. I thought maybe it was the battery, so I bought a new battery, and it worked again for about 12 hours. Then completely stopped again and hasn't worked since. Having this remote for less than 3 months before it dies it completely unacceptable to me, and to add insult to injury, I emailed the company selling it a week ago and have yet to receive a response. I will not be purchasing through them again, and nor should you!
