A truck without door locks was driving me nuts. Too far to reach right rear door to lock or unlock it with seat-belt on. Not any instructions but I think you just need to use common sense and do what it takes for your installation because every vehicle is different. I found my best help on Youtube. They have video of the whole installation and another video had how to get the door panels off. You can also learn a lot of what to expect by reading these reviews.

Only problem I had was when I tightened one of the actuators rod clamps to tight and the pot-metal piece broke. I went to the hardware store and bought an electrical copper split bolt connector and it worked even better that their connector.
