I bought this keyless entry through Amazon after the local Toyota dealership wanted to charge me $130+ for a replacement fob. I received the product along with the the DIY programming instructions when it was supposed to be delivered. The programming was relatively easy & went well. I had a couple of questions for the seller re the programming. I contacted the seller by phone. The agents for the seller were very polite, responsive and helpful. They answered my questions. I had no trouble programming the keyless entry for my Highlander.
