This remote works with my 98 Subaru forester. The instructions were included for a Subaru model with security system, but luckily i was able to find the instructions online. I was weary about buying from ikeyless because they have received so many bad reviews, but this remote was new and functions as advertised, NOTE: the trunk and alarm buttons do nothing (at least for my model that doesn't have security installed)
Also: shipping took 10 days, granted it was during hurricane sandy but it hadn't even left the origin state for the first 4 days.
