Terrible Alarm
We purchased this Alarm in August and have had nothing but issues. It was installed by the company that sold it to us.

Problem 1: The most important issue... NO CUSTOMER SERVICE even with a Lifetime Warranty. I emailed them twice and called them once, leaving a message. No reply.

Problem 2: Alarm arms and disarms on its own even though the Passive setting is turned off.

Problem 3: Shock Sensor is terrible. It is way too sensitive. We have turned to its lowest setting and are still getting false alarms. Cars driving by set it off, Planes and helicopters flying overhead set it off.

Problem 4: The key fob is poorly designed. The buttons are raised above the body of the fob. It is extremely easy to accidentally arm or disarm the alarm at the most inconvenient time or from your pocket. To make matters worse, the buttons have become much more sensitive in just a few months.

I would have given this alarm zero stars if it was...
