[[ASIN:B0002Q7L90 Bulldog Deluxe 500 Two-Way Remote Starter with LCD Remote] JANUARY 2012 Installed this device on 1999 Ford Expedition. Did a bit of research before purchase and install and decided as it appeared to be a DIY supported product. Took approximately 9 hours, principally as a result of double checking and soldering all wire connections. No T-Cable available for this ford vehicle. Install went fairly smoothly. Install was completed and unit worked first time, although when u start unraveling all the wires u will definitely have reservations. Install manual was clear and was install bible. Came with a DVD which had poor quality. I did call tech support before install, to find out about any short-cuts or ideas for this model vehicle, They were available to answer the call promptly. Looking to install similar units in my other vehicles and will probably lean toward bulldog. Amazon base pricing is good, but then tax and shipping brings up slightly, however well...
