I bought a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, and it didn't come with a keyless entry remote. I went to my local Jeep dealer and they said the remote would range somewhere around $60 and to be programmed was another $50. I found this used remote on Amazon and saw the low price, i was a little scared to try it at first, but at this price, why not?! When i received the remote i noticed that you could definitely tell it had been used, a few scratches and discoloration (but hey, it did say "used"!). Went to the dealership, got it programmed, and WALA! No more struggling to unlock my car manually in the rain! It does it's job at less than a quarter of the price!
