I've been having fits finding an extra garage opener for my mother's new house. We either wanted a push button remote or better yet a keypad. I tried several of the universal units that claimed to work with the existing opener's receiver. Neither would work. I saw this and thought I'd try it and was pleasantly surprised. It took less than 10 minutes to install and program and worked the first time with a late 90s vintage Craftsman.
