I ordered a keyless remote for my 2002 Toyota Camry from Discount Keyless through Amazon. The remote didn't work when it arrived. I contacted Discount Keyless and was told that my remote was a "rare" one...perhaps because the alarm system was dealer installed. It was not. I was further told that the correct remote for my car would be $75...more than double the price of the one I ordered!!! I called the dealer and verified that my alarm system and remote were standard issue on ALL 2002 Toyota Camry's. The fact that Discount Keyless had another remote which incidentally was not listed on their website made me feel as if I was taken advantage of. I needed the remote so I coughed up the $75. No offer was made by Discount Keyless to discount the price because of the mix-up which had nothing to do with me. Needless to say, I'm not real happy about it!!
