Pros:
-This starter does work
-You can install it yourself
-Instructions on the website were very helpful for my truck
-Tech support was very polite and responded every time I called (3 times!!! I have having the reset issue)
-For me. It took less that an hour to install (I would consider myself a seasoned DIY'er but not a car electronics expert)
Cons:
-It sounds like this starter has a known issue with not liking to reset
-You may have to send your starter back to the manufacturer and have them reset it for you. (You have to pay your own shipping)
-I had to do this but it was a fairly painless experience. Chuck the starter in a box, ship it out, wait a week, and you have your starter back in working condition
Summary:
Solid, fairly straight forward unit with lots of options and great customer service. Price is great too...
